The 1960s endurance racing vibe really comes through in the little details, and the paint job on the helmet looks hand-done rather than stamped. My kid has been racing it across the kitchen floor for a week and it's holding up fine.
The paint detail on the helmet and race suit is way sharper than I expected for the size, and it's held up fine after a few weeks of my son actually playing with it. Nice that it works as both a toy and a shelf piece for me.
Picked this up for my kid and honestly I'm the one who keeps it on the shelf. The 1960s endurance racing detail on the suit and helmet is way sharper than I expected for the price, and he still plays with it, so it holds up.
