Ken is the spirit of a man caught up in the beautiful and chaotic 1960's day night endurance racing that eventually claimed his life. At Playforever we wanted to pay homage to the mountain of courage and heart, Ken Miles.
The roll cage detailing and vintage racing suit are spot on, way better than the plain figures I used to collect. My kid's been racing him across the kitchen floor for a week and nothing's loosened up yet.
The detail on this thing is wild, right down to the helmet and driving suit stitching. My kid plays with it daily and it's held up with zero loose joints, which says a lot.
I've had this sitting on my shelf next to my vintage race programs for a month now and it just fits. The detail on the helmet and the 1960s endurance racing vibe is what sold me, way more character than the generic collector stuff I used to buy.
