Zo begon het tijdperk van buitenaardse conceptauto's uit de jaren ’70, die in wezen wigvormige wielen waren, vol hoeken en randen met skins die daartussen gespannen waren. Zo gaan we te werk.
The wedge shape is so sharp it looks like it'd cut you, which is exactly why I bought it. Mine sits on my desk next to my 70s car books and honestly it holds up as a design piece, not just a toy. My kid plays with it too and it hasn't chipped yet.
The stretched skin between the angular panels gives it that 70s concept car look I remember from old magazines. It sits on my desk as a display piece and the build feels solid enough that I don't worry about it tipping. Exactly what I wanted for the shelf.
The wedge shape with all those sharp angles looks even better on my shelf than in the photos. My kid actually plays with it too, which surprised me since I figured it'd just be a display piece. The stretched skin panels give it a nice retro 70s concept car feel.
