Zo begon het tijdperk van onwerkelijke conceptauto's uit de jaren ’70, die in wezen wiggen op wielen waren, vol hoeken en randen met daartussen gespannen skins. Zo rollen wij.
Been chasing that 70s concept-car look on my desk for ages and this nails the stretched-skin-over-angles thing perfectly. The shape is so sharp it catches light differently depending on where I'm sitting. My kid keeps stealing it off the shelf though, so I might need a second one.
The wedge silhouette is such a fun throwback and the stretched skin panels look way cooler in person than in the photos. My kid has been racing it around the living room nonstop since it arrived.
The sharp angles and stretched skin panels really nail that 70s concept car look. It's been sitting on my desk for a month and I still catch myself staring at the silhouette.
